Delivery Timeframe: While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please understand that delays can occur during transit by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over your package to them within 15 working days from the date of your order and payment, or as agreed upon during order confirmation.
Delivery Address: Your order will be delivered to the registered address associated with your credit/debit card, unless you specify otherwise at the time of placing your order.
Shipping Damage: Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your order while it’s in transit to you.
Partial Shipments: While we’ll do our best to ship all items in your order together, there might be instances where this isn’t feasible due to product characteristics or availability.
Invoicing: As per Indian Tax Regulations, all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice stating the price.
Free Shipping: Orders valued at Rs 1000 or above qualify for free shipping.
Payment Options: We offer a cash on delivery option for your convenience.
Domestic and International Shipping: For domestic orders, we use registered domestic courier companies or speed post, with shipments processed within 15 working days or as agreed upon during order confirmation. For international orders, we utilize registered international courier companies or International speed post for delivery.
