At Decor Art, we’re committed to assisting our customers to the best of our ability, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. Here’s how it works:

  1. Timing: You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Exceptions: Orders under Same Day Delivery cannot be cancelled. Also, products acquired for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, or Valentine’s Day cannot be cancelled due to their limited availability.
  3. Perishable Items: We don’t accept cancellations for perishable items like flowers or food. However, if you receive a subpar product, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.

Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things go wrong beyond our control. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just reach out to our Customer Service Team at 9997198225 or info@decorart.co.in before using the product.

Here’s what you need to know about returns:

  • Notification: Let us know about any damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with price tags, labels, and invoices intact.
  • Packaging: Please ensure the return package is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Timeframe: Orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours, and custom-made items are non-returnable.
  • Specifications: If the product matches the website description without any defect or damage, it’s not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed based on the payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to your card within 15 working days, appearing in your next statement.
