At Decor Art, we’re committed to assisting our customers to the best of our ability, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. Here’s how it works:
- Timing: You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Exceptions: Orders under Same Day Delivery cannot be cancelled. Also, products acquired for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, or Valentine’s Day cannot be cancelled due to their limited availability.
- Perishable Items: We don’t accept cancellations for perishable items like flowers or food. However, if you receive a subpar product, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.
Return & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things go wrong beyond our control. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just reach out to our Customer Service Team at 9997198225 or info@decorart.co.in before using the product.
Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Notification: Let us know about any damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with price tags, labels, and invoices intact.
- Packaging: Please ensure the return package is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
- Timeframe: Orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours, and custom-made items are non-returnable.
- Specifications: If the product matches the website description without any defect or damage, it’s not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed based on the payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to your card within 15 working days, appearing in your next statement.
