Cancellation Policy: 

At Decor Art, we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. Here’s how it works:

  1. Return Request Timing: If you wish to cancel your order, you must make a return request within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

  2. Same Day Delivery Orders: Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.

  3. Special Occasion Products: Certain products, especially those acquired for special occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc., are offered as limited occasion offers. Due to the nature of these promotions, cancellations are not possible once the order has been confirmed.

  4. Perishable Items: We understand the sensitivity of perishable items like flowers and food. As such, cancellation requests for these items cannot be accepted. However, if you receive a perishable item and find the quality unsatisfactory, we can arrange a refund or replacement upon verification.

Return & Refund Policy: 

Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it for you at no extra cost. Here’s what you need to know about our return and refund process:

  1. Notification of Damaged/Defective Product: Please notify us within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product.

  2. Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, complete with the original packaging, price tags, labels, and invoices.

  3. Packaging: We advise you to securely and adequately package the returned items to prevent any further damage during transit.

  4. Cancellation Deadline: Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of placement.

  5. Custom-Made Items: Items that are custom-made or commissioned cannot be returned or cancelled.

  6. Non-Defective Orders: Orders are not eligible for return if they match the specifications listed on our website without any defects or damage.

Refunds: 

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed based on the original mode of payment.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: If you paid for your order using a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card within 15 working days. The refunded amount will reflect in your next card statement.
